Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and organize and report safety data.
Communicate effectively with the project team, supervisors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to promote the implementation of safety measures.
Conduct safety inspections independently, identify and rectify potential hazards, and organize safety training and emergency drills.
Handle accidents effectively, write accident analysis reports, and propose corrective actions for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Construction Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or other related fields.
Familiarity with Uzbek production safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Skills in risk assessment, accident investigation, and preparation of emergency response plans.
Proficiency in using office software and safety management software (e.g., EHS management systems).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in both English and Russian.
